The Broz staff will greet you with a smile at 10:00am on the morning of your event. You have full access to the venue up until 12:00am. That doesn’t mean you need to be completely out of the venue at 12:00am but last song needs to wrap up at that time! If you’d like to arrive on site earlier you can rent additional hours at a rate of $175/hour. If you would like to celebrate later than 12:00am you can rent late night hours for $400/hour.

We always have staff on site to be there for you throughout your event! From the time the doors open to the time they close, The Broz provides the most professional, experienced staff in the business. We do include 1 event staff as well as 1 bartender included in your rental rate. Additional staff is required per every 100 guests at a rate of $250/staff.

Both event spaces have their very own dedicated outdoor space that you can enjoy at no additional charge! The Rooftop Loft has a rooftop patio that is 1,600 square feet. You and your guests can access this space via a 12 ft overhead glass garage door or through two separate standard exterior doors. The 3 Ten ballroom also has its very own outdoor space. The ground level Alley Patio is 1,000 square feet and it is accessed through a standard exterior door off the bar area. Both spaces have a unique urban patio feel! **Both outdoor spaces close nightly at 10pm. ** **Outdoor spaces are open April through October**

Yes we do! 95% of our couples get married at the venue. We can customize a layout based on your guest count and vision. Our beautiful interior or exterior spaces makes for a gorgeous backdrop when you tie the knot! A ceremony fee of $1,000 includes all neccessary extra chairs, a full changeover as well as set-up and take down.

Absolutely! We think flexibility and having what you want at your special event is important. But if you need an excellent recommendation we have 7 incredible partners including, Classic Catering and Green Mill, Pizzeria 201, Marna's Catering, Food Gallery, Arna Farmers, and Fork & Flair. We highly recommend our partners because we know firsthand that they will do an amazing job for you and your guests! If you do not select one of our partners a $500 outside catering fee is applied.

Although we try to be as flexible as possible we do require all alcoholic beverages as well as soda and juice be provided by The Broz. We offer customizable bar packages with a wide variety of options including local craft beers, wines and spirits. We have something for everyone! All bar services include 1 bartender. We do require additional staff for every 100 guests. A $1,500 beverage minimum is required for each event.

We know deciding on décor for your perfect event can be overwhelming but we can help. From café lights to head table backdrops, center pieces to charger plates, ceiling draping to table runners, we have it all! If you decide to do your own décor we do require all ceiling draping, café lights and backdrops be provided through The 3 Ten Event Venue.

Although Vince Vaughn and Owen Wilson would be a blast at your event we want to make sure you are surrounded only by friends and family! To ensure this the client pays $150 per security guard (A second guard is required with guest counts that surpass 275). The safety of you and your guests is our number one priority! Security is required for any events that are serving alcoholic beverages.

Definitely not! We want to make sure you have all tools you need when making your decision to host your event with The Broz. Keep in mind, a bar set up fee of 18% will apply to hosted bar items. A state tax fee of 7.375% as well as an additional 2.5% state liquor tax will be applied to all hosted bar items.

We have a 50 car parking lot behind the building for your use for FREE. Within 3 blocks there are over 100 additional FREE parking spots! Street parking and surface lots are on every block and are complimentary. We will provide a map of all parking locations near the venue for you and your guests to utilize if you choose.

Yes it is! We are booking more and more Sunday and Thursday weddings as brides and grooms are wanting more date options, no bar minimums and lower venue rental prices. Most other wedding vendors also typically offer lower prices on their services when booking a non Friday or Saturday event. When considering all of those factors you may save thousands of dollars and have the option to pick your preferred venue and date!

We would love to work with you! In order to lock in your date a non-refundable deposit of $2,000 needs to be submitted. We also have you sign our booking contract to make sure we are on the same page moving forward.

We accept cash, Venmo and check. We also accept all major credit cards with an additional 3% fee.

Absolutely! You choose how you want to celebrate your day. Whether you decide you utiliize the lawn, front porch, upper balcony, back upper loft patio or the main level paver patio the option is yours. You will have an opportunity to work with your event coordinator to come up with the best plan for you and your guests.
